Hotel Vermont presents Dinner at the Asado
An outdoor dining experience in the Argentinian style

Join the culinary team at Hotel Vermont as we grill our way through an epic line-up of traditional and contemporary interpretations of an Argentinian asado. Diners will be seated around our outdoor kitchen and enjoy myriad specialities in succession as they finish grilling. Options will always be decided day of in order to ensure freshness, and diners can expect speciality meats (e.g. alpaca, goat), as well as housemade sausages, grilled provoletta, summer vegetables, and an abundance of traditional sauces. While vegetarians are welcome, this is a meat-centric menu.
