Hotel Vermont Presents Wild About Vermont Game Dinner

We're excited to announce our third annual Wild About Vermont Game Dinner! Each year has sold out, and seating is limited, so don't delay in purchasing your ticket for Friday, November 10th. 

In parnership with Lake Champlain International and the Vermont Fish & Wildlife, this is a one of a kind event benefiting healthy habitat and healthy local food, water & environment in Vermont. 

For centuries, game dinners have been a Vermont tradition and a way for Vermonters to share the harvest before winter sets in. 

Join us to experience the best, truly local cuisine from the wilds of Vermont, prepared by the chefs of Hotel Vermont under the direction of head chef and woodsman, Doug Paine. Think moose, deer, trout, salmon, bear, bobcat, pheasant and muskrat; all game that has been offered at past HVT game dinners. The meats will be paired with local vegetables and grains, in addition to beverage pairings featuring our local partners Citizen Cider, Caledonia Spirits, Shelburne Vineyards, and The Alchemist. 

Proceeds benefit the conservation efforts of Vermont Fish & Wildlife and Lake Champlain International in protecting & restoring the Vermont landscape.
