Founders Brewing Presents Share the Light: An Epic Hanukkah Party & Benefit Concert featuring the legendary New Orleans Klezmer All-Stars Saturday Dec 16. Doors & Dinner 6pm. Show 8pm.
The All-Stars are an internationally touring band that have pioneered bringing Klezmer to the mainstream over the last 20 years and forged a sound of their own, combining traditional Klezmer with New Orleans style funk. With five albums under their belt and an impressive resume of appearances at music festivals from Bonnaroo to the New Orleans Jazz Fest, the All-Stars continue to dazzle participants in their high-energy shows around the world.
The night will include a vegetarian buffet featuring traditional Hannukah foods and mediterranean-inspired dishes, candle-lighting ceremony and special pre-show dance class.
A portion of proceeds from the night will support the emergency food and fuel program at Capstone Community Action.
