Hemp & Hops Dinner
The Hemp & Hops Dinner is a culinary event developed in partnership with Zero Gravity Craft Brewery & Zenbarn. The Dinner will showcase the culinary application of hemp and cannabidiol (CBD) along with craft beer pairings at each course. Before and after dinner, meet and mingle with old and new friends while listening to Zach Nugent's Acoustic Dead, trying out a signature CBD Cocktails, and learning more about CBD and Cannabis from vendors and experts. Price includes 5-course meal with CBD in each course and 5 sample beer pours. Vegetarian and non-alcholic options available.
Dinner
The dinner will consist of a 5 course prix-fixe menu showcasing Vermont hemp and CBD products and a beer pairing at each course. The 5-course menu will consist of small plates showcasing the range of culinary applications of hemp and CBD products. Whole plant and single compound products will be incorporated to familiarize diners with local producers, the range of products they offer, and the scope of culinary application. Meat and vegetarian options will be provided.
Menu to include:
- Spring peas and asparagus
- Lobster cocktail or mock scallop (v)
- Fresh herbs, ponzu, cbd avocado mousse
- Goat or mushroom (v) wonton soup
- Korean BBQ glazed oxtail or seitan (v)
- CBD matcha creme brulee
Beer
Zero Gravity’s Paul Sayler will be curating beer pairings to go along with the dinner menu.
Price
Dinner is $72/person including the 5-course CBD meal and all beer pairings.
Time
Dinner seating at 6pm. Zach Nugent's Acoustic Dead form 7-10pm.
